Missions

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

Missions at Grace Baptist Church is an extension of the mission of the church, to glorify God by knowing Christ, growing in Christ, and going in service. Our commitment to missions domestically and globally is a reflection and extension of the work being accomplished in the local church to GO.

We seek to pursue opportunities to send our own missionaries, to partner with domestic and international missionaries to share the gospel, to help the Grace family develop a heart for missions as they recognize their role as co-laborers, and to educate the Grace family about missions and our supported missionaries, providing opportunities for them to be involved.

  • Our mission at Grace is to glorify God by knowing Christ, growing in Christ, and going in service for Him. One of the primary places we "Go" to show God's love is to our own local community. We accomplish this through service projects and random acts of kindness.

  • Our mission at Grace is to glorify God by KNOWING Christ, GROWING in Him, and GOING in His service.  Short-term mission trips play a big role in accomplishing all three aspects of our mission.  Teams are made up of believers growing in their faith who are now ready to go and share the gospel so that others might come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.  These trips are life-changing and play a major role in helping believers see people as Jesus sees them.

  • The last way that we fulfill our mission to "GO" at Grace is by partnering with missionaries in the global ministry of the gospel.  We are blessed as a church to support several missionaries throughout the world. Missionary care comes in many forms, including regular communication and financial support, but we believe the greatest assistance we provide for them is prayer.
