Grace Youth is the 7th-12th Grade ministry of Grace Baptist Church.
We have several ways for you to connect and grow in your relationship with Christ:
Sunday School meets from 9:00-10:00 AM every Sunday in "The Cave" which is located next to the church. The focus of this time is on Bible education and discipleship.
Youth Group meets Sunday nights from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Family Room unless otherwise specified on the schedule. Youth Group is the perfect place to bring a friend and come to hang out in a safe, fun environment and to hear biblical answers to life issues and topics. Drinks and snacks are available in our cafe. There are plenty of games and activities as well.
Grace Youth is focused on living in the light of Christ, and avoiding the darkness (John 8:12). We have life through Him and Him only. We are serious in showing our love for God in how we follow Him and by how we show our love for others (Matthew 22:27-39). We know that "God showed His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8), and we want the world to know this. We strive to shine forth for Christ in this world of darkness, but we are only able to do so by staying plugged in to the source, Jesus Christ.
Grace Youth is a 6-year program (7th-12th grade) with the goal to make a radical difference in the life of teens, and all those who they may come in contact with both now and in the future. This is a three-pronged approach to ministry in order to teach both to reflect and live the light and life of Jesus Christ.
- Fellowship/Outreach- Outreach and Relational Events and Activities, and Sunday Night Youth Group.
- Discipleship- Sunday School, Sunday Morning Worship, and Retreats
- Leadership- Student Leadership Team, Mission Trips, Service Projects, and Special Events.
We work alongside the Grace Baptist Church vision and beliefs which states "Our vision is that this local church is to make a radical difference in the lives of people through a balanced approach to Evangelism, Discipleship, Worship, Fellowship, and Ministry. We believe God is pleased with churches that are creative, practical, and aggressive in employing these functions in ways that is culturally relevant.
