Girls of Grace

As we begin a new ministry year, the Girls of Grace will continue to host G! Groups; however, only one group will meet each month and the groups will rotate on a four-month cycle.  This new change will enable everyone to try a different G! Group each month and give our funcilitators an opportunity to plan.  If you haven’t been involved in a G! Group, these are shared interest groups that provide an innovative way for you to connect with other women, have fun and find purpose.  We have Cuisine Queens, for those who love to cook and dine; Flicker Chicks, for those who love movies, Broadway shows and plays; Lit n’ Latte, for those who love to read; and our new group, Craft2Treasure, for those who enjoy crafts (i.e. stamping, scrapbooking, knitting, sewing, quilting, etc…).  In addition to our G! Groups, Girls of Grace seeks to encourage women to deepen their relationship with Jesus through Bible study, mission projects and community service.  Last year, Girls of Grace donated over 60 towel/washcloth sets to the Women’s Abuse Shelter in Troy as a part of our Christmas outreach.  Our goal is for women to grow spiritually and emotionally and live with purpose and significance.  Girls of Grace is for all women, and we want you to get involved.

Meets the 2^nd Friday in October, February & June @ 7 pm

 

Cuisine Queens – Funcilitators Janet Baugh & Teresa Jones

Meets the 2^nd Monday in January, May and September @ 7 pm

 

Flicker Chicks – Funcilitator Kathy Caldwell

Meets the 2^nd week of November, March & July @ 7 pm

 

Lit n’ Latte – Funcilitators Deborah Griffieth & Bonnie Pierson

Meets the 2^nd Monday in December, April and August @ 6:45 pm
