Coffee House Volunteers

To make our pictorial directory a success, we need volunteers to serve as hosts/hostesses during the actual photography sessions.  If you are interested in helping with this, please contact Naomi Grise at naomigrise@gmail.com or 418-0372.

 

Moms Prayer Group for College Students
Is there a college student in your family that you would like to pray for on a regular basis with other praying Moms?  Then you are welcome to join us each Thursday (beginning September 9), from 4:30-5:30pm in Room 201 (behind Youth Room).  Contact us with any questions--Chris Setzkorn 335-6254, csetzkorn@woh.rr.com, or Kathy Lantz 339-0993.

 

Helps Ministry
Struggles, difficult times, various trials…we all have gone through them.  Wish someone had been there to listen, pray, and help you through (someone who had been through the same thing)?  We are putting together a list of individuals who would be willing to confidentially, help those in “need”—areas of need may be terminal illness, job loss, widowhood, loss of spouse or child, etc.  If you are interested in being a part of this team, please contact Bonnie Pierson at 440-6838.

 

Basket Ministry
Our ministry to visitors is in need of a few more basket delivery drivers and basket bakers.  If you are interested in being a part of this ministry, contact Donna Crosier at 332-9837 or crosierdm@verizon.net.

 

Ladies Bible Study – Wednesday Night
A new Ladies Bible Study will begin this Wednesday, September 8 at 6:45pm in the Annex.  They will be studying Revelation (verse by verse).  Leader: Deborah Griffieth.  Any questions, contact Donna Crosier at 332-9837.

 

MOMS at Grace
MOMS group at Grace will be hosting a MOMs night out on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Our first night out will be September 11 at 6:00pm at Olive Garden. Please RSVP to Robyn Anderson (606-1128, momsofgrace@live.com) by September 8 if you plan on attending.

 

Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study
Ladies Bible Study on Tuesday mornings will begin on September 28 (9:15-11:15am).  They will be Walking through Proverbs – reading and meditating on Proverbs (just bring your Bible).  If you are interested in attending this study, please sign up on the bulletin board or contact Janet Baugh (667-1323).

 

Ladies Wednesday Night Study
All ladies are welcome to attend a book study that will begin this Wednesday, September 8, and meet from 7:00-8:15pm in Room 211 (basement).  Study: Victoriously Frazzled, The Frazzled Female’s Guide to Restoring Her Sanity by Cindi Wood (books are $10).  Contact Madonna Corwin if you are interested in attending (335-0176 or madonnacorwin@woh.rr.com).

Cuisine Queens
It is Cuisine Queens time!  Meeting on Monday, September 13, 6 pm at Grace to travel to Linardos Villa in Springfield.  They serve Greek & Italian dishes, salads, seafood, even buffalo burgers, etc.  Come join us in this opportunity to get to know women at Grace. Children’s Choir
Children's choir (for grades 1-6) will begin next Sunday, September 12 in the Fellowship Hall (6-7:15pm). This year’s musical will be Legacy of Love.
